Refund policy

• Returns will be accepted for store credit  within 10 days of purchase. 

•  Item(s) must still have tags attached and receipt/invoice. Item cannot have been worn, have stains, tears or odors.

•  Returns/Exchanges cannot be made on Jewelry, Sale items, purses, shoes, or any undergarments (leggings, bralettes, etc.) 
  

Returning by shipping

You must contact us directly at shopambitious@yahoo.com when making a return for us to approve it when shipping back. Shipping will be at the expense of the customer. You must have the item post marked and shipped within 2-3 days of contact. When we receive the item, please allow 2-3 days for credit.
